Pugh's Main Shop

The business that dominates the Pugh's Garden Village is of course Pugh's Garden Centre. This is the traditional Garden Centre that has evolved overtime. Although the Garden Centre covers a large area the first thing that greets our customers as they enter the main shop in the seasonal area. 

During any time of year the main focus is that of the current season. Summer means an impressive display of our chimneas, bar-b-ques and summer living products with of course all the vital bags of charcoal, tea lights, solar lights and planted patio pots dripping with summer colour.

Summer makes way for Autumn where we have a fantastic selection of spring flowering bulbs from daffs to tulips, crocus to snowdrops the quality and variety on show is staggering. The bulb area  is a speciality area where customers can buy anything from single loose bulbs to a 25kg sack of daffodils.

Autumn makes way for our stunning Christmas displays where the variety of lights and decorations get better and better as the department grows to complement the thousands of non-needle drop trees we sell each year. 

Winter and early spring the area is turned over to grow your own with a massive variety of seed potato, flower and veg seeds, onions, garlic and asparagus with a huge range of propagation and potting equipment.

Summer flowering bulbs and baby bedding lead into the spring displays. Through the seasonal area customers approach the reception desk as this is the hub of communication throughout the Garden Centre, Here every morning the Garden Radio is tuned in and our website is updated. Customers who need questions answering and want to find out information can be directed by our receptionist.

Cut flowers are available daily, freshly bought from Cardiff Market and Jen our florist can always arrange  them into something spectacular. Advise is always on hand for  technical questions about what fertilizer for your plants, how to protect and cure diseases and pests and also how to achieve that perfect lawn.

Watering is most important whatever time of the year and the vast array of connections, hose pipes and attachments are always on display to help cater for your gardens needs.
