Pugh's Food Halls have been a staple at Pugh's Garden Centres for nearly 15 years, providing our local communities with great quality foods which have been carefully sourced, more often than not from other local, Welsh business!

Inside a Pugh's Food Hall you will find our shelves full of fresh fruit and vegetables, eggs, high-end frozen meals, milk, bread, cupboard essentials, a fresh deli counter, patisserie and takeaway drinks plus Farmers Pantry butchers offering a wide selection of produce, just to name a few things!

Castle Farm Shop, Fresh Milk Vending Machine Now At Pugh's Food Hall Radyr!

from Farm to Pughs to You

We are so excited to announce our collaboration with Castle Farm Shop who will now be delivering fresh milk daily, from the farm to our new vending machine at Radyr!

Open and available 7 days a week and located by the Food Hall at our Radyr Garden Village, Cardiff from 9am-5:30pm Monday-Saturday and 10am-4:30pm Sunday.

Simply purchase a re-usable glass milk bottle for £2 or bring your own and choose from either 500ml (£1) or 1 litre (£1.50) of farm, fresh milk. OR choose from a range of delicious flavoured milkshakes 500ml (£2) or 1 litre (£2.5). Flavours: banana, chocolate, vanilla or strawberry plus a choice of two limited edition flavours which change every Tuesday!

As a Welsh company we are proud to stock over 1,000 Welsh products across our Food Halls. We are proud to support a number of Welsh companies and local suppliers. You can find free-range eggs from Birchgrove and 'Mr Welsh' duck eggs from Caerphilly, home-made cakes from Cacennau Cakes in Canaerfon and Bens' Bakes from Monmouthshire. Browse a range of Welsh tipples including Cwm Dairy Wine, Celtic Wines, Cardiff Gin and Brecon Beer. We are also proud to stock jam and chutney from 'Welsh Lady Preserves' in Pwllheli as well as local honey from Lisvane and Tonyrefail. You'll also enjoy an array of Snowdonia Cheese exhibited in our fresh deli counter alongside Scotch Eggs from Holy Yolks and Samosaco in Cardiff. That's not all! Come and visit and see for yourself what else is available...

Shop Sustainable

In our Food Hall we are dedicated to offering sustainable shopping options to help support our efforts to protect our environment. We have a range of zero-packaging products and areas where we encourage you to bring and re-use your own containers. This includes our loose fresh fruit and veg, 'scoop' pick and mix frozen fruit and frozen veg, a range of lentils, oats, rice and pulses available in zero-waste dispensers, plus a range of infused olive oils and balsamic vinegar available in reusable pre-filled bottles or you can bring your own. We also sell a range of products to support sustainable living and we only use 100% compostable catering products in the express coffee bar.

Gift Hampers

Bespoke hampers can be made to order for you at any time, for any occasion. You can choose the products in line with your budget, whether it be a Gin Hamper, Chocolate Hamper or even a Cheese and Wine hamper, Pedro our Food Hall Manager will work alongside you to meet you requirements and put together the perfect foodie gift for that special someone!

Within our Food Halls in Radyr and Wenvoe you will find local, well known butchers Farmers Pantry. Their produce is sourced predominantly from the Vale of Glamorgan (The Garden of Wales) direct from farms and artisan producers. Their experienced and skilled butchers are on site seven days a week with a wealth of knowledge, ready to discuss your needs!
