Part Time Administrative Assistant (Radyr)
We are looking for a part time administrative assistant to help with our XERO accounting software and auto entry invoicing.
Rate of pay £11.50 per hour

Your duties will include:
Purchase Ledger:
- Emailing Invoices from Accounts/ Pughs Invoices to Auto Entry
- Checking Supplier Statements to Xero and chasing up missing invoices
- Scanning of Invoices and sending to Auto Entry
- Auto entry posting of Invoices into draft onto Xero
- Filtering out Chaser emails from Accounts/ Pughs Invoices and actioning as appropriate
- Setting up of weekly supplier payments on Xero
Sales Ledger
- Meter Readings for Tenants
- Raising of Rental invoices/ Meter Reading Bills
Admin
- Scanning of Paperwork & Filing on Server
- Counting the banking as holiday/sickness cover
