Part Time Administrative Assistant (Radyr)

We are looking for a part time administrative assistant to help with our XERO accounting software and auto entry invoicing.

Rate of pay £11.50 per hour

Your duties will include:

Purchase Ledger:

  • Emailing Invoices from Accounts/ Pughs Invoices to Auto Entry
  • Checking Supplier Statements to Xero and chasing up missing invoices
  • Scanning of Invoices and sending to Auto Entry
  • Auto entry posting of Invoices into draft onto Xero
  • Filtering out Chaser emails from Accounts/ Pughs Invoices and actioning as appropriate
  • Setting up of weekly supplier payments on Xero

Sales Ledger

  • Meter Readings for Tenants
  • Raising of Rental invoices/ Meter Reading Bills

Admin

  • Scanning of Paperwork & Filing on Server
  • Counting the banking as holiday/sickness cover
