Materials:

LifestyleGarden® uses aluminium that is commonly used for boatbuilding and water-sensitive shore applications - the best choice for products used outdoors. Aluminium offers stability and robustness while also being lightweight and easy to move, making it ideal for outdoor furniture.

LifestyleGarden® aluminium components and products are coated with Duracoat®, polymer-based, multi-layer powder coating for effective protection from the weather.

Duracoat® is an ideal covering for aluminium as it is highly protective, low maintenance and retains its colour year after year.

Duraboard® by LifestyleGarden® is used on all table tops and is an environmentally friendly material that is durable, highly UV-resistant and has a unique surface finish.

The production of Duraboard® occurs entirely in-house, enabling each stage of the process to be closely monitored for quality control purposes. Due to the combination of the two components and the highly durable surface finish created, LifestyleGarden® Duraboard® is the future of table top surfaces.

It features two main components: the first is a unique blend of high quality eucalyptus sawdust and polyethylene resin, extruded to create a strong, durable structure. Following this, the table top is treated with UV and receives a multi-layer coating which makes it highly resistant to scratches and weather conditions.

A select range of LifestyleGarden®’s outdoor furniture has been developed with Weather-net®, a yarn finely woven to create the perfect solution for outdoor seating. The polyester yarn has high strength and elasticity, providing optimum comfort and durability.

The Weather-net® manufacturing process is highly integrated, beginning with the extrusion of the polyester yarn, weaving and pressing before the completed Weather-net® is attached to one of LifestyleGarden®’s many chair frames.

LifestyleGarden® ensures that high standards are met with its dedicated QA/QC department tracking every step of the process. The integration of the manufacturing process enables us to provide one of the most durable materials available, impervious to the elements.

How Pugh's Delivery Will Work:

  • You will receive an email confirmation once you have placed and successfully paid for your order. Your order will then be handled by our skilled logistics team.
  • Once your order is due out for delivery, you will receive a further email to let you know it is on its way! For larger items, a driver may call you to ensure you will be home to accept your order or arrange a suitable safe place to leave it.
  • Our Pugh's driver will arrive and offload your products onto the driveway, kerb-side, doorstep or agreed safe place.
