This Christmas, we’re bringing our communities together to help local people and families facing hardship, with a little help from Pugh Bear!

Our Pugh Bear Christmas campaign is supporting four local food banks in Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan, Newport and Abergavenny. Together, we can help put food on the table for those who need it most this festive season.

A little bear with a big heart

Pugh Bear returns with a brand-new storybook, The Bear & The Magic Christmas Dinner, written by our Marketing Manager, Amy Sinclair, and illustrated by Kate Ryan.

By purchasing a Pugh Bear and accompanying storybook, you’ll be helping raise funds for our four local food banks while bringing a little Christmas magic home.

Donate food, spread kindness

You can also make a difference by purchasing selected food items from our Food Halls to donate to your local food bank.

Your donations will help fill food parcels for local people and families who need extra support over Christmas. Look out for information in-store about which items you can donate and how to take part.

Making a difference together

As a family-run Welsh business, we’ve been part of our local communities for more than 75 years, and supporting the people around us means so much to us.

Last Christmas, your generosity helped us raise £9,000 for Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital Charity through our Pugh Bear campaign. This year, we hope you’ll join us again as we support our local food banks.
