Please note: this is a pre-order for delivery from the end of November. You will be able to select your chosen delivery date at the checkout page. We can only deliver on the dates available from the calendar on the checkout page. If a date is not available, that is because it is already fully booked or we are not delivering on that day. Once you have selected your chosen delivery date, this cannot be amended so please bear this in mind when ordering. Your tree will be delivered between 8am-6pm on your chosen delivery day, so please ensure somebody is available to accept your delivery. If this is not possible then please suggest a safe space where we can leave your tree in the notes section on the checkout page.

Our Real Christmas Trees are grown and managed in sustainable ways. Christmas tree plantations provide an excellent habitat for wildlife, with many bird species nesting in the growing trees and feeding on the insects that live among them. Christmas tree cultivation absorbs and stores more carbon dioxide from the atmosphere than it releases, which helps to offset greenhouse gas emissions, and for every Christmas tree that is harvested, a replacement is planted the following spring. Since it is completely biodegradable, your cut Christmas tree can be put to good use once the festive season has finished. We encourage customers to consult their local recycling authority, who can advise on the best means of disposal. We also provide creative ways to re-use parts of your Christmas Tree after the festive season has ended.

Our current lead time for dispatch is approximately 7-10 working days from the date your order is placed (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Please note this does not include gift vouchers as these are posted 1st class via Royal Mail.

How Pugh's Delivery Will Work:

  • You will receive an email confirmation once you have placed and successfully paid for your order. Your order will then be handled by our skilled logistics team.
  • Once your order is due out for delivery, you will receive a further email to let you know it is on its way! For larger items, a driver may call you to ensure you will be home to accept your order or arrange a suitable safe place to leave it.
  • Our Pugh's driver will arrive and offload your products onto the driveway, kerb-side, doorstep or agreed safe place.
