Join us for a heartwarming and engaging storytime session with local author Katie Jones, as she reads her beautifully written children’s book, The Flamingo That Lost Her Pink.

Perfect for children in Reception to Years 2–3, this thoughtful story explores big feelings, emotions and self-expression in a gentle, relatable way. With themes that also resonate with mums navigating the challenges of motherhood and identity, it’s a lovely shared experience for parents and children to enjoy together.

Each 25-minute session will include:

• A live reading of The Flamingo That Lost Her Pink
• Fun flamingo-inspired yoga poses
• A free colouring sheet to take home
• Book signing opportunity

Katie has been sharing her story in local schools with fantastic feedback, and we’re delighted to welcome her to Pugh’s for this special morning of stories, movement and connection.
