Event Packages
One-Off Bookings Private Hire - (birthdays, gatherings, celebrations)

Includes private use of the Tipi with the basic 'what's included' package (as stated above)

• Minimum Hire (2 hours) – £90
• Additional Hours – £30/hour
• Half Day (up to 4 hours) – £150
• Full Day (up to 8 hours) – £220

Block Booking Packages (ideal for yoga classes, baby groups, workshops)

Flexible packages available for weekly or monthly bookings / Discounted rates for regular, ongoing sessions / Priority access to preferred times

• Weekly 2-Hour Session (Monthly – 4 sessions) – £300 (Save £60)
• Weekly 2-Hour Session (Quarterly – 6 sessions) – £480 (Save £60)
• Weekly 2-Hour Session (Quarterly – 8 sessions) – £660 (Save £60)
• Custom packages available – tailored discounts for ongoing use

Please Note:

• Set up and pack down time must be included within the hire period
• Refundable security deposit may be required for private events
• Own food cannot be brought to be consumed on the premises. Catering partnerships can be discussed, however cannot be guaranteed due to staffing levels/ busy periods but will be assessed per request.
