Location: Pugh’s Garden Village, Radyr
Contract Type: 37.5 Full‑time Seasonal Rota with every other weekend off
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Start Date: March – June 2026

Key Responsibilities

Provide a warm welcome and expert advice to customers browsing our garden furniture ranges
Support customers in choosing the right styles, materials, and accessories
Maintain inspiring and well‑organised furniture displays
Assist with stock replenishment and product movement
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Work collaboratively with the wider Pugh’s team to deliver a first‑class customer experience
Keep up‑to‑date with product knowledge and seasonal trends

What We’re Looking For

A confident, customer‑focused communicator
Interest in outdoor living, garden design, or home décor
Retail or sales experience (preferred but not essential)
Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
Ability to thrive in a busy, hands‑on retail environment
Reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
