Location: Pugh’s Garden Village, Radyr
Contract Type: 37.5 Full‑time Seasonal Rota with every other weekend off
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome and expert advice to customers browsing our garden furniture ranges
- Support customers in choosing the right styles, materials, and accessories
- Maintain inspiring and well‑organised furniture displays
- Assist with stock replenishment and product movement
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with the wider Pugh’s team to deliver a first‑class customer experience
- Keep up‑to‑date with product knowledge and seasonal trends
What We’re Looking For
- A confident, customer‑focused communicator
- Interest in outdoor living, garden design, or home décor
- Retail or sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a busy, hands‑on retail environment
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
