Front of House Catering Assistant
Location: Pugh’s Garden Centre, Radyr
Hours: 2x 32-hour permanent contract.
Salary: up to £12.21 per hr

Start Date: Immediate Start Available

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Front of House Catering Assistant to join our welcoming Coffee shop team at Pugh’s Garden Centre, Radyr. If you love working with people, enjoy great food and drink, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you!

The positions will be working a 5-day week pattern which will include working weekends and bank holidays, on a Sunday – Saturday rota.

About the Role:

Greeting and serving customers with a warm, positive attitude
Barista experience

Taking orders and handling payments
Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks
Assisting with food service during busy periods
Clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring high hygiene standards
Supporting the kitchen team as needed
Demonstrate high standards of food hygiene.
Have a basic understanding of health and safety.

Experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential – full training provided
