Job description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Merchandiser (VM) to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis at Pugh’s Garden Village, Wenvoe.

In this role, you will play a key part in bringing our retail spaces to life, creating inspiring and engaging displays that enhance the customer experience—especially during key seasonal periods such as Christmas.

While primarily based in Wenvoe, you will be required to travel occasionally to support visual merchandising across other Pugh’s Garden Centre sites.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for retail presentation, creativity, and delivering high visual standards as part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Your Role:

As a valued member of our dynamic Visual Merchandising team, you will:

• Design and execute seasonal and Christmas-themed displays that captivate our customers.
• Transform our Garden Centres and Garden Kitchen with imaginative, on-brand visual experiences.
• Ensure displays are visually engaging, accessible, and meet our brand standards.
• Collaborate with store teams to keep displays fresh and products showcased beautifully.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous visual merchandising experience—retail, garden centre, or homeware experience is a bonus.
• A creative eye with a strong flair for festive and seasonal design.
• Sharp attention to detail and a passion for impactful, inspiring displays.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on working environment.
• Experience with garden, lifestyle, or seasonal products is an advantage.
• Valid Driving license is essential
