Now Hiring: Christmas Tree Sales Assistants!
Location: Pugh’s Garden Village Radyr and Wenvoe
Job Type: Temporary / Seasonal (17th November 2025 to 14th December 2025)
Hours: Full-time & part-time positions available. Some weekend and evening work may be required.
- 6 x 6 hours contracts
- 4 x 16 hours contracts
- 1 x 24 hours contract
- 1 x 36 hours contract
Salary: This position is paid according to the current National Minimum Wage, which varies by age group as set by the UK Government. Employees will be paid at the applicable rate based on their age on the first day of employment. Rates are reviewed annually in line with government updates.
Bring the festive spirit to life this season! Buying a Pugh’s Christmas Tree is a long-standing magical family tradition that you have the opportunity to be a part of this year! We’re looking for friendly, energetic individuals to join our team and help families find their perfect Christmas tree.
What you’ll do:
- Greet and assist customers in choosing their ideal tree
- Trim, net, and help load trees onto the trolly
- Keep the display area tidy, organized, and full of festive cheer
- Maintain excellent customer service with a smile!
