Pugh’s Health Hub Terms and Conditions
Pugh’s Health Hub is to be used by Pugh’s employees only
Equipment and facilities are used entirely at employees own risk;
A door code will be provided upon booking for entry into the health Hub. Please ensure for safety the door is shut behind you.
The code must not under any circumstances be shared with anyone else. Only the employee booked on should know the code.
Pugh’s is not responsible for and accepts no liability for members personal items whilst using the equipment. Pugh's is also not liable for any injuries incurred in the gym.
Employees acknowledge and accept that CCTV is operational in the gym at all times. This will only be accessible to us and necessary third parties, including insurers and the police.
Employees must not access the gym when under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.
There are no washing facilities available so please be conscious of hygiene if you are using the equipment during your working day.
All employees are to comply with our Code of Conduct (see below).
Code of Conduct:
Maximum of 3 people in the gym at any one time
Wear training shoes and suitable clothing
Keep the gym tidy
Wipe down equipment after use
All weights and loose equipment to be put away after use. No equipment is to be removed from the site.
Use all equipment and facilities properly – you will be responsible for any damage due to misuse
Please be nice to other employees using equipment during your time slot.
At busy times please be considerate in your use of equipment and keep an eye on time in case other people are booked on the next slot.
Do not allow access to the gym to non-members at any time – you are on CCTV
Please do not touch the CCTV – this is for your safety and our security
Remember this is a small unmanned gym – do not exercise if you feel unwell and remember to bring your mobile phone. Outside of opening hours there will be no one else on site.
No eating in the gym
