Job Title: Catering Assistant
Location: Pugh’s Garden Village Radyr.
Employment Type: Part-Time - Two Positions Available, 1 x 16 hours contract, 1 x 21 hours contract 
Salary: from £12.21 depending on age
Reporting To: Catering Supervisor / Café Manager

We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Catering/Hospitality Assistants to help deliver excellent service and a great experience to every visitor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food and beverages in a café/tearoom environment
• Greet customers in a warm, professional manner and take orders accurately
• Operate the till and handle payments
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the café
• Assist with food preparation and presentation
• Clear tables, wash dishes, and restock items as needed
• Support the team during busy periods and help with occasional special events or later openings
• Follow food safety and health & safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or customer service is desirable
• A friendly, positive attitude and a passion for providing great customer service
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required
• Willingness to learn and take on varied tasks within the café environment
